We arrived in Miami last night and are staying here for two nights. We are staying in Miami Beach at the Cadillac Hotel. Yesterday we missed the flight at 1:50 pm from Boston and had to take the 5pm flight. We ran like crazy, I was bare feet after passing through security but unfortunately we couldn't make it. I learned that Eli is very fast, she was carrying a very heavy back pack and was able to keep up with me.
Last night we went across the street from the hotel and Eli had a small pizza and I had a turkey empanada. We also had strawberry smoothie.
This morning we woke up early enough to be able to catch the bus at 10:12 am to go to the airport to connect to the Tri Rail on the way to Weston, but were late to have breakfast. So once we arrived at the airport station we located a cafeteria and had breakfast there. Then our friend Sandra picked us up at the train station up north and spent a beautiful day with her family. It was fantastic to see the girls Lauren and Ava. Eli couldn't have been happier
